Preview Access

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Awake AI Preview made available exclusively through API access. This Preview is a limited, controlled release intended for evaluation, development, and testing purposes only. By accessing or using the Awake AI API, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the service. The Preview does not represent a final product offering. Features, capabilities, and availability may change at any time without notice. Awake AI reserves the right to grant, restrict, or revoke access at its sole discretion.

Access to Awake AI during the Preview phase is strictly limited to authorized API usage. You are permitted to integrate the API into internal tools, prototypes, and controlled environments for evaluation purposes. You agree to use the service in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not use the API to develop competing services, replicate model functionality, or expose the service in a way that enables unauthorized third party access. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, extract underlying models, or derive training data from the system. Any use that could harm system integrity, degrade performance, or violate applicable laws is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for securing your API credentials and ensuring that your usage complies with these Terms at all times.

Access to the Preview may be subject to usage limits, quotas, and rate controls to ensure system stability and fair access. Awake AI reserves the right to enforce such limits at any time without prior notice. Where applicable, usage may be measured and billed based on consumption. You agree to provide accurate information for billing purposes and to comply with any applicable payment obligations. Abusive, excessive, or abnormal usage patterns may result in throttling, suspension, or permanent termination of access. Attempts to bypass usage restrictions or manipulate system limits are strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the API. By using the service, you grant Awake AI the right to process such data for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the system. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the outputs generated by the API. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain use cases. You must implement appropriate safeguards, validation mechanisms, and human oversight where necessary. You must not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated data unless you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions. Awake AI may log and monitor usage for security, performance, and compliance purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Awake AI models, APIs, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Awake AI. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and revocable license to use the API solely for the duration of the Preview and in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service. You must not use the outputs of the service to train or improve any competing machine learning models or systems.

The Awake AI Preview is provided on an as available basis without any guarantees of uptime, reliability, or performance. Awake AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. The functionality, pricing, and access conditions may change during the Preview period. Awake AI shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awake AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or non infringement. Awake AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the API and delete any stored credentials. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
